Missing software components makes software non usible.

Good morning. My software does not fully operate when activated. I went through a series or prompts sent to me with no relief. The templet section does not load when opened. I have followed your instruction and loaded the templets into HomeGauge, Documents->HomeGauge->Templets->Residential. My software is useless.
