Percentage discounts

There needs to be a way for us to add a percentage discount in the "Discounts" subsection of "Inspection Services" section of the dash board.

As it is, if I wanted to advertise a special 10% discount for veterans (or for whatever reason), there's no practical way of doing that. The closest I can get to that is having a $1 discount that I add X number in the quantity box to get close to the right number which is tedious to do and looks dumb on the invoice.

  I had actually forgotten that I wrote the above post! I went in today to modify some of my prices and enter a new discount that I'm offering for the winter and while I was at it I decided to add a military and first responder discount and realized (again) that there is no way to create a percentage discount.

  This seems like an obvious thing that people would want to be able to do and it cannot be something that would be difficult to do from a coding perspective. I can't imagine why it wasn't done a long time ago.

  Also, is there any chance of getting a response from someone when suggestions like this are made so that we at least have some assurance that our suggestions are being seen by someone at HG?

  Sorry about overlooking this one, Clete! It looks like we do have an existing request in our backlog related to this ask. I am going to turn your ticket into a Zendesk ticket that can be tied to the request and tracked along with it. I don't have a solid feel for when/if we would be able to address this yet, but I will do some digging.
